The go for plugged windshield washer tubing. Used that tubing to cap-off a 3/16 and now pull that tubing from the washer pump spigot. After this plug the spigot to stop the drain of washer fluid on the floor. It is better to get rubber vacuum tube caps for getting this work quickly.
Now remove the both front turn signals by using screw driver. Once the screw is loose and after prying carefully now pull the signal assembly forward to unplug the connectors.
Remove both skirt covers and also remove all six bumper mounting bolts
After doing the steps above the bumper assembly is disconnected but hanging. Now sit down in front of the car to lift and pull the bumper off into your lap.
